The Palkhi Reaches Peepal Tree, 29-Jun-23

Every year lakhs of devotees set out for a walk from Alandi to Pandharpur, carrying idols of Vitthal and Rukmini. It takes about 20 days to cover the 225 km distance. Our students walked the talk – and dressed up as warkaris to celebrate Ekadashi, the day the palkhi reaches Pandharpur.
